By default your feed is updated once per day. On the premium plans hourly sync is available.
Flexify works by exporting your products to a feed. Ad platforms like Facebook then "import" or "sync" that feed. By default Flexify exports your feed once a day. For high-traffic stores daily sync can be too slow, e.g. :
- Since the last sync a product has sold out. This could cause you to run ads for a product that can no longer be purchased.
- You have changed a product price. The new price will only show up in your ads after 24h.
To guarantee the best sync time, do the following:
- Upgrade your Flexify plan to hourly sync.
- Set your sync time to hourly on your ad platforms (e.g. Facebook)
